Coney Kimberly A. Halili HR Accounts Representative Coney Kimberly M. Halili is a BS Psychology graduate from Arellano University and a licensed professional teacher (PRC, March 2023). She has completed relevant certifications, including the Employees’ Compensation Program Seminar (2025) and a Neuropsychological and Intelligence Testing Workshop (2017).
